'I discovered Cloud 9 on the run up to my wedding, when I booked in for a course of Crystal microdermabrasion, and then for a manicure and make-up for the big day itself. Since then I have been a regular customer for manicures, facials, bronzing and – most recently – a perfume studio session. Kelly is a walking de-stress therapy. Her warm and welcoming personality, as well as her skill and professionalism, make a visit to Cloud a highlight of any week.

I love cloud 9, the reason why is because I love Kelly! She is warm, caring and funny. 10 years ago when I started going to Kelly for facials I had no confidence and she taught me how to improve on that! She gives great facials, and the Microdermabrasion is fantastic!

Since then I have had most treatments going, from fake tans, through to waxing, electrolysis, gel nails, eyelash tints, the lot!!!

I love the fact I feel so comfortable in her company and that she is able to predict your mood, whether you would like a quiet treatment, or a good old chat! Cloud 9 fantastic, Kelly super fantastic!!
